Administrative Trustee definition

Administrative Trustee means each of the Persons identified as an “Administrative Trustee” in the preamble to this Trust Agreement, solely in each such Person’s capacity as Administrative Trustee of the Trust and not in such Person’s individual capacity, or any successor Administrative Trustee appointed as herein provided.

Administrative Trustee means each of John X. Xxx Col, Yvonxx X. Xxxter and Davix X. Xxxxxxxxxxx, xxlely in such Person's capacity as Administrative Trustee of the Trust and not in such Person's individual capacity, or such Administrative Trustee's successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor trustee appointed as herein provided.

Administrative Trustee means any Trustee other than the Property Trustee and the Delaware Trustee.

Examples of Administrative Trustee in a sentence

• Each Administrative Trustee shall be either a natural person who is at least 21 years of age or a legal entity that shall act through one or more persons authorized to bind that entity.

• In the event there is only one Administrative Trustee, any and all action of such Administrative Trustee shall be evidenced by a written consent of such Administrative Trustee.

• If there is more than one Administrative Trustee, meetings of the Administrative Trustees shall be held from time to time upon the call of any Administrative Trustee.
