Administrative Trustee definition

Administrative Trustee means each of the Persons identified as an “Administrative Trustee” in the preamble to this Trust Agreement, solely in each such Person’s capacity as Administrative Trustee of the Trust and not in such Person’s individual capacity, or any successor Administrative Trustee appointed as herein provided.

Administrative Trustee means each of Willxxx X. Xxxxx, Xxarxxx X. Xxx Loan, and Jamex X. Xxxxxxxxxxx, xxlely in his capacity as Administrative Trustee of the Trust formed and continued hereunder and not in his individual capacity, or such Administrative Trustee's successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor trustee appointed as herein provided.

Examples of Administrative Trustee in a sentence

• Legal title to all of the Trust Property shall be vested in the Trust as a separate legal entity; provided, however, that where applicable law in any jurisdiction requires any part of the Trust Property to be vested otherwise, the Administrative Trustee may cause legal title to the Trust Property or any portion thereof to be held by or in the name of the Administrative Trustee or any other Person (other than a Registered Owner or a Beneficial Owner) as nominee.

Administrative Trustee has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
