Advance Request Form definition

Advance Request Form means a certificate, in substantially the form of Exhibit A, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting an Advance.

Advance Request Form means a certificate, in substantially the form of Exhibit "B" hereto, properly completed and signed by the Borrower requesting an Advance.

Examples of Advance Request Form in a sentence

Each such notification shall be made (i) by telephone or in-person followed by written confirmation from Borrower within 24 hours, (ii) by electronic mail or facsimile transmission, or (iii) by delivering to Bank a Revolving Advance Request Form in substantially the form of Exhibit B hereto.
Any telephonic request for an Advance by the Borrower shall be promptly confirmed by submission of a properly completed Advance Request Form to the Lender.
If a Grantee has cash on hand at the time of submitting their monthly billing, then the Grantee must submit a B13 for $0.00 along with the Advance Request Form and Supporting Documentation that substantiates a zero-dollar voucher.
If an employee needs a cash advance, he/she must complete the Travel Advance Request Form which is available from the Accounting Department.
The Agent at its option may accept telephonic requests for Advances, provided that such acceptance shall not constitute a waiver of the Agent's right to delivery of an Advance Request Form in connection with subsequent Advances.
