Advisory Client definition

Advisory Client means any client (including both investment companies and managed accounts) for which Invesco serves as an investment adviser, renders investment advice, or makes investment decisions.

• Except as otherwise provided in Section 5, the Legal Department will not grant clearance for any purchase by an Access Person if the Security is currently being considered for purchase or being purchased by any Advisory Client or for sale by an Access Person if currently being considered for sale or being sold by any Advisory Client.
