Senior Advisory Teacher Development $500 per year December and June Applications not required, and may hold other EDP assignments.
Advisory Services means the non-binding investment advisory services rendered by the Portfolio Manager to the Client. The Portfolio Manager shall be solely acting as an advisor to the Portfolio of the Client and shall not be responsible for the investment / divestment of Securities.
Teacher means teachers, paraprofessionals, principals, school employees, contractors, and other administrators.
Michigan strategic fund means the Michigan strategic fund as described in the Michigan strategic fund act, 1984 PA 270, MCL 125.2001 to 125.2094.
Advisor or “ADVISORS” means the Person or Persons, if any, appointed, employed or contracted with by the Company pursuant to Section 8.1 hereof and responsible for directing or performing the day-to-day business affairs of the Company, including any Person to whom the Advisor subcontracts all or substantially all of such functions.
Advisory Body means any board, commission, committee, council, or authority, however selected, whose total budget, appropriations, or authorized expenditures constitute less than 1 percent of the budget of each agency it serves or $100,000, whichever is less, and whose powers, jurisdiction, and authority are solely advisory and do not include the final determination or adjudication of any personal or property rights, duties, or obligations, other than those relating to its internal operations.
Advisory Board means the Long-Term Care Facility Advisory Board;
Investment Advisory Agreement means an agreement under which Company or a Company Subsidiary acts as an investment adviser or sub-adviser to, or manages any investment or trading account of, any Client.
Independent Financial Advisor means an accounting, appraisal, investment banking firm or consultant to Persons engaged in Similar Businesses of nationally recognized standing that is, in the good faith judgment of the Issuer, qualified to perform the task for which it has been engaged.
Advisory letter means a nondisciplinary letter to notify a
Investment Adviser or "Adviser" means a party furnishing services to the Trust pursuant to any contract described in Article IV, Section 7(a) hereof;
Independent Financial Adviser means an independent financial institution of international repute appointed by the Company at its own expense.
Advisory Board Member means a member of an “Advisory Board” as defined in Section 2(a)(1) of the 1940 Act.
Adviser means a party furnishing services to the Trust pursuant to any contract described in Article IV, Section 7(a) hereof;
