Aeronautical Authority definition

Aeronautical Authority means as of any time of determination, the FAA or other governmental airworthiness authority having jurisdiction over the Aircraft or the Airframe and Engines or engines attached thereto under the laws of the country in which the Airframe is then registered.
Aeronautical Authority means the Minister responsible for Civil Aviation, or any person or body authorised to perform any functions at present exercisable by him or similar functions;
Aeronautical Authority means any Governmental authority, body corporate or organ duly authorised to perform any function to which these Regulations relate.

  • If any material changes (including without limitation, time limit changes) shall be made to such Maintenance Program, including without limitation, any change from the de Havilland Equalized Maintenance Program, Lessee shall give Lessor not less than 30 days' advance written notice thereof and no such changes shall be implemented until approved by the Aeronautical Authority.
