Affected Person definition

Affected Person means a SEF applicant whose admission application is declined or is conditioned or a Person whose status as a Participant is terminated as set forth in Rule 303(e).

• A certificate as to the amount of such payment or liability delivered to the Borrower by an Affected Person (with a copy to the Administrative Agent), or by the Administrative Agent on its own behalf or on behalf of an Affected Person, shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

Affected Person means any person with a legal right or interest in the property, including but not limited to a landowner, contract purchaser of record, a person possessing the property under a lease, a record lienholder, and a record encumbrancer of the property.
