Affected Person definition

Affected Person means a SEF applicant whose admission application is declined or is conditioned or a Person whose status as a Participant is terminated as set forth in Rule 303(e).
Affected Person has the meaning set forth in Section 1.7 of this Agreement.

  • The Administrative Agent, on behalf of any Affected Person making a claim under this Section 2.09, shall submit to the Borrower and the Collateral Manager a certificate of a Responsible Officer of the Affected Person setting forth in reasonable detail the basis for and the computations of such additional or increased costs, which certificate shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

More Definitions of Affected Person

Affected Person means (a) the Administrative Agent, each Lender and each of their respective Affiliates and (b) any assignee or participant of any Lender (unless the benefit of any particular provision hereof to any such Affected Person is otherwise expressly excluded herein).
