Affected Products definition

Affected Products has the meaning given in Clause 24.2, and “Affected Product” shall be construed accordingly.

More Definitions of Affected Products

Affected Products has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2(n) of the Master Agreement. Affiliate means, with respect to a Party, any entity at any tier that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, that Party. For purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including with correlative meanings, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”) means the possession directly or indirectly of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an entity, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by trust, management agreement, contract or otherwise.

Affected Products has the meaning ascribed thereto in subsection 3.6(b).

Affected Products shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(c)(ii).

Affected Products means the Products of which manufacturing location has been changed from Yokohama, Japan to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam due to Fuji’s circumstances.

Affected Products means, in the event that NHSc has the right to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section 13.2.3 due to material breach by Seres, but NHSc does not terminate this Agreement and instead invokes its rights under Section 13.5, those Collaboration Products to which the applicable material breach relates.
