Affected Services definition

Affected Services has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2.C.

Affected Services means any Services that are not renewed or that are terminated pursuant to a particular notice of non-renewal or termination, as applicable.

• Once a notice to terminate has been validly given, the Affected Services will terminate on the termination date set out in the notice.

Affected Services means those Services pertaining to storage systems, the network, Technology Center(s) and servers, as the case may be. "Available" means, with respect to an Affected Service, operationally capable of receiving, processing and sending data. "NOC" means Network Operation Center which is part of the Technology Center.
