Affiliate Agreements definition

Affiliate Agreements has the meaning specified in Section 4.12(a)(vi).

Affiliate Agreements means, collectively, (a) the Investment Advisory Agreement, dated as of April 1, 2010, between the Borrower and the Investment Advisor, (b) the Administration Agreement, dated as of July 23, 2009, between the Borrower and the Investment Advisor and (c) the License Agreement, dated as of September 15, 2009, by and among Xxxxxx X. Xxx Partners, L.P., the Borrower and THL Credit Advisors, LLC.

Affiliate Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.18.

Examples of Affiliate Agreements in a sentence

• As of the Effective Date, the Borrower has heretofore delivered to the Administrative Agent true and complete copies of each of the Affiliate Agreements as in effect as of the Effective Date (including schedules and exhibits thereto, and any amendments, supplements or waivers executed and delivered thereunder).

• As of the Effective Date, (a) each of the Affiliate Agreements is in full force and effect and (b) other than the Affiliate Agreements and the transactions set forth on Schedule 6.08, there is no contract, agreement or understanding, in writing, between or among the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, on the one hand, and any Affiliate of the Borrower, on the other hand.

• As of the Effective Date, each of the Affiliate Agreements was in full force and effect.

More Definitions of Affiliate Agreements

Affiliate Agreements means, collectively, the agreements listed on Schedule 1.01(a) hereto.
