Affiliated Funds definition

Affiliated Funds are any fund of Xxxx Xxxxxxx Trust (“JHVIT”), Xxxx Xxxxxxx Funds II (“JHF II”) or Xxxx Xxxxxxx Funds III (“JHF III”), excluding the following funds of JHVIT: the Money Market Trust B, 500 Index Trust B, International Equity Index Trust B and Total Bond Market Trust B.

Affiliated Funds means Funds that are administered or managed by (i) a single entity or (ii) an Affiliate of such entity.

Affiliated Funds means certain sub-funds not within the Company as determined by the Directors from time to time and that are managed by affiliates of the Investment Managers;

Examples of Affiliated Funds in a sentence

• All Regulated Funds and Affiliated Funds that hold Pre-Boarding Investments in the issuer immediately before the time of completion of the Co-Investment Transaction hold the same security or securities of the issuer.

• In these cases, the Regulated Funds and Affiliated Funds may rely on the Order to make such Disposition subject to the requirements of Condition 7.

• The Affiliated Funds, the other Regulated Funds and their affiliated persons (within the meaning of Section 2(a)(3)(C) of the Act), individually or in the aggregate, do not control the issuer of the securities (within the meaning of Section 2(a)(9) of the Act).

More Definitions of Affiliated Funds

Affiliated Funds means: (1) for Adviser Personnel who are affiliated with an Adviser, the Fund(s) for which such Adviser serves as investment adviser; (2) for Adviser Personnel who are in a control relationship with any Fund, that Fund; and (3) for Adviser Personnel who are employees of the Trust, all Funds.

Affiliated Funds means certain sub-funds not within the Company as determined by the Directors from time to time and that are managed by affiliate of the Manager;

Affiliated Funds means any Covered Funds (defined below) for which the Manager or an affiliated person of the Manager serves or acts as an investment adviser.

Affiliated Funds means each registered fund that is managed by an investment adviser that is under common control with the Advisor and each registered fund for which the Affiliated Underwriter is the principal underwriter. A list of Affiliated Funds is available on the Advisor’s compliance reporting system.

Affiliated Funds means any Other Invesco Account in which the Company or the Operating Partnership holds an equity interest, including without limitation limited partnership interests and limited liability company interests.

Affiliated Funds means, with respect to any specified investment fund, any other investment fund that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with such specified fund or that has the same general partner or primary investment advisor as such specified fund (or a general partner or primary investment advisor that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with the general partner or primary investment advisor of such specified fund).

Affiliated Funds means the Existing Affiliated Funds, any Future Affiliated Fund or any Sound Point Proprietary Account (in each case, as defined below).
