After Acquired Properties definition

After Acquired Properties means any and all mineral interests staked, located, granted or acquired by or on behalf of either of the parties hereto during the currency of this Agreement which are located, in the whole or in part, within one mile of the existing perimeter of the Property;

All such expenses will be computed into the Expenditures and/or Further Expenditures as the case may be, if certified by the Controller or other financial officer of the Optionee as project operator; (g) “Exploration Programs” means:

Examples of After Acquired Properties in a sentence

  • Any costs incurred by the Optionor in staking, locating, recording or otherwise acquiring any "After Acquired Properties" will be deemed to be Mining Operations for which the Optionor will be entitled to reimbursements as part of the Expenditures payable by the Optionee hereunder.

  • Any costs incurred by the Optionee in staking, locating, recording or otherwise acquiring any After Acquired Properties shall be included in the calculation of its Expenditures hereunder.

  • All such After Acquired Properties subject to this Agreement shall be acquired in Optionor’s name.

  • All of the After Acquired Properties (other than any Excluded Property) and Required Properties (in each case, if any) are, as of the date of the recordation of a respective Additional Mortgage in respect thereof, encumbered by Additional Mortgages in favor of the Investor securing the Obligations.

  • The parties covenant and agree, each with the other, that any and all After Acquired Properties, excepting mineral interests acquired by the Otionor from unaffiliated third parties in arms length transactions, shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and shall be added to and deemed, for the purposes hereof, to be included in the Property.

  • All costs incurred in staking, locating, recording, or otherwise acquiring any After Acquired Properties shall be borne by the acquiring party.

After Acquired Properties means any and all mineral interests staked, located, granted or acquired by or on behalf of Widescope hereto during the currency of this Agreement which are located, in whole or in part, within five kilometres of the perimeter of the Claims. Related to After Acquired Properties

  • After-Acquired Property means any property (other than Collateral or Excluded Property) that is acquired or otherwise owned by the Company or any Subsidiary after the Issue Date of a type that secures the Secured Obligations.

  • Excluded Properties the collective reference to the fee or leasehold interest in real properties owned by the Parent Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries not described in Schedule 5.8.

  • Subject Properties has the meaning specified in Section 5.13(a).
