Agency Agreements definition

Agency Agreements means various written legal agreements, entered into by THL and certain of its subsidiaries (including the Company), which entail one or more subsidiaries acting as the agent for an undisclosed principal. In all such cases, the ultimate principal is THL, whereby the agent subsidiary conducts(ed) relevant business on behalf of the ultimate principal;
Agency Agreements means (i) that certain Coal Sales and Agency Agreement between Robindale Energy Services, Inc. and Seminole Coal Resources, effective as of December 30, 2016, relating to coal sales from the Maple Mining Complex, (ii) that certain Coal Sales and Agency Agreement between Robindale Energy Services, Inc. and Seneca Coal Resources, LLC, effective as of December 30, 2016, relating to coal sales from the Oak Grove Mining Complex, and (iii) that certain Coal Sales and Agency Agreement between Robindale Energy Services, Inc. and Seneca Coal Resources, LLC, relating to coal sales from the Debtors’ Pinnacle Mining Complex.
Agency Agreements means, collectively, the Agency Agreements entered into among the Debtors and certain liquidation firms during the pendency of the Bankruptcy Cases.

  • This Agreement and the Alternative Sales Agency Agreements are collectively referred to herein as the “Sales Agency Agreements.” The aggregate number of Common Shares to be issued and sold pursuant to the Sales Agency Agreements shall not exceed the Maximum Program Amount (as defined herein).

  • The Company will promptly notify the Sales Agent and the Alternative Sales Agents when the Maximum Program Amount has been sold pursuant to the Sales Agency Agreements.
