Agency Takeout Loan definition

Agency Takeout Loan means a Loan that is an Agency Eligible Loan (other than an Early Purchase Program Loan) and is subject to a Takeout Commitment of the kind described in clause (a) of the definition of “Takeout Commitment.”

  • With respect to each Purchased Asset that is an Agency Takeout Loan, an Early Purchase Program Loan, a Third Party Takeout Loan, or a Security, Seller shall ensure that the related Takeout Price and all other payments under the related Takeout Commitment (or, in the case of a Security, the related Trade Assignment) shall be paid directly to the Third Party Loan Purchase Proceeds Account in accordance with Section 7.

  • Takeout Investor means any institution which has made a Takeout Commitment and has been approved by Buyer, in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Mortgage Loans Such of the mortgage loans transferred and assigned to the Trustee pursuant to the provisions hereof as from time to time are held as a part of the Trust Fund (including any REO Property), the mortgage loans so held being identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule, notwithstanding foreclosure or other acquisition of title of the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Pledged Asset Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan as to which, at the time of origination, a Letter of Credit was issued in favor of the initial holder of such Mortgage Loan.

  • Purchased Loan means each motor vehicle retail installment loan relating to the sale of an automobile or light-duty truck originated by a Dealer, purchased by the Originator from such Dealer and evidenced by a Purchased Loan Contract; provided, however, that the term “Purchased Loan” shall, for purposes of this Agreement, include only those Purchased Loans identified from time to time on Schedule A hereto.

  • Subsequent Mortgage Loans means, for purposes of this Agreement, the Subsequent Mortgage Loans listed in the Subsequent Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Schedule I.

  • Purchased Mortgage Loans means the collective reference to Mortgage Loans together with the Repurchase Assets related to such Mortgage Loans transferred by Seller to Buyer in a Transaction hereunder, listed on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to the related Transaction Request, which such Mortgage Loans the Custodian has been instructed to hold pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.

  • EMC Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans serviced by the Company pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Loan Asset means each commercial loan identified on Schedule A hereto, and each commercial loan identified on any Purchase Notice.

  • Eligible Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan (including a Wet Funded Loan) with respect to which each of the following statements shall be accurate and complete (and Borrower, by including such Mortgage Loan in any computation of the Borrowing Base, shall be deemed to so represent and warrant to the Lenders as of the date of such computation):

  • Agency Securities means negotiable debt obligations which are fully guaranteed as to both principal and interest by the Federal National Mortgage Association, the Government National Mortgage Association or the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, but excluding (i) interest only and principal only securities and (ii) Collateralized Mortgage Obligations, Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduits and similar derivative securities.

  • CMSA Delinquent Loan Status Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Delinquent Loan Status Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
