Agent Fee Letter definition

Agent Fee Letter means that certain Agent Fee Letter, dated as of June 18, 2015, by and among the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Agent Fee Letter means the Agent Fee Letter between Borrower and Agent, dated as of the Closing Date, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated or otherwise modified.
Agent Fee Letter means any fee letter agreement entered into subsequent to the date hereof by and between Sellers and the Administrative Agent with respect to any administrative, processing or other similar fees payable to the Administrative Agent.
