Agent Fee Letter definition

Agent Fee Letter means that certain Agent Fee Letter, dated as of June 18, 2015, by and among the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Agent Fee Letter means the Agent Fee Letter between Borrowers and Agent, dated as of the Closing Date, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated or otherwise modified.
Agent Fee Letter means the Fee Letter, dated the Closing Date, among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent.
