Aggregate Asset Value definition

Aggregate Asset Value means, when used with respect to all or a portion of the Collateral Assets, the sum of the Asset Values of all or of such portion of such Collateral Assets (other than Ineligible Collateral Assets).

Aggregate Asset Value means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Asset Value of all Purchased Assets.

Aggregate Asset Value means, at any date of determination, the sum of the Asset Values of all Eligible Loans included in the Collateral at such date.

More Definitions of Aggregate Asset Value

Aggregate Asset Value. As of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Aggregate Net Book Value and (ii) the Aggregate Finance Lease Balance.

Aggregate Asset Value. The sum of the Asset Values of the Mortgage Assets included in the Trust Fund on the date of determination.
