Aggregate Asset Value definition

Aggregate Asset Value means, when used with respect to all or a portion of the Collateral Assets, the sum of the Asset Values of all or of such portion of such Collateral Assets (other than Ineligible Collateral Assets).
Aggregate Asset Value means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Asset Value of all Purchased Assets.
Aggregate Asset Value means, with respect to the Purchased Mortgage Loans as of any date of determination, the aggregate Asset Value of all Purchased Mortgage Loans as of such date of determination.

More Definitions of Aggregate Asset Value

Aggregate Asset Value. As of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Aggregate Net Book Value and (ii) the Aggregate Finance Lease Balance.
