Aggregate Data definition

Aggregate Data means any Customer Account Information from which all identifying information has been removed so that the individual data or information of a customer cannot be associated with that customer without extraordinary effort.

Aggregate Data means all of the data or data for groups of universities. Generally, aggregate data is expressed as statistics and research findings across data drawn from all universities or groups of universities.

Examples of Aggregate Data in a sentence

  • VL may, during and after the term of this Agreement, use Client’s Aggregate Data for any business purpose, including, without limitation: (a) providing, analyzing, improving, supporting, and operating the Platform and the Services; and (b) generating industry benchmarks, insights, recommendations, or similar reports for commercial distribution and consumption by Client and other VL clients and prospects.

  • Client grants any rights in such Aggregate Data to VL on a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable right to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works without attribution for the purposes of operating, providing, supporting, improving, or developing Products and/or Services including developing additional functionality or services.

  • For the sake of clarity, this section does not give VL the right to identify Client, its Affiliates or any of its employees as the source of any Aggregate Data.


More Definitions of Aggregate Data

Aggregate Data means data collected and reported at the group, cohort, or institutional level that is aggregated using protocols that are effective for preserving the anonymity of each individual included in the data.
Aggregate Data means any Member-consumer Account Information from which all identifying information has been removed so that the individual data or information of a Member-consumer cannot be associated with that Member-consumer- without extraordinary effort.
Aggregate Data means information about one or more aspects of division job candidates, or from some specific subgroup of division job candidates, but from which personally identifiable information on any individual cannot be discerned.

Aggregate Data means aggregated and anonymized data derived from Customer Data or data or information derived from Customer’s or its Affiliates’ or their Users’ use of the Services, in all cases that does not personally identify Customer or its Affiliates or their customers or Users.
Aggregate Data means any collection of customer data by a util- ity from which identifiable customer information has been removed or modified so that the information cannot be attributed to any individu- al customer.
