Aggregate Equivalent Vote Amount definition
Aggregate Equivalent Vote Amount means, with respect to any matter, proposition or question on which holders of US Co Common Stock are entitled to vote, consent or otherwise act, the product of (i) the number of shares of Exchangeable Shares issued and outstanding and held by Holders multiplied by (ii) the Equivalent Vote Amount.
