Aggregate Investment Amount definition

Aggregate Investment Amount means the amount equal to the Offer Price multiplied by the number of Investor Shares;

Aggregate Investment Amount means the aggregate of the following: (a) the amounts received by Radiant from the Investor towards subscription of Shares of Radiant up to the Effective Date, and the amounts received by the Promoter / his Affiliates from the Investor towards purchase of the Shares of Radiant up to the Effective Date; (b) the amounts received by the Company from the Investor for subscription to Securities of the Company to be issued to the Investor after the Effective Date; (c) amounts paid as the Purchase Consideration under the BAS SPA; (d) any costs, expenses and fees incurred by the Investor in relation to (a), (b) and (c); and (e) any costs and expenses incurred by the Investor in Transferring its Shares of the Company;
