Aggregate Outstanding Amount definition

Aggregate Outstanding Amount. With respect to any of the Notes as of any date, the aggregate unpaid principal amount of such Notes Outstanding on such date.
Aggregate Outstanding Amount means, when used with respect to any Class or Classes of Notes, as of any date, the aggregate principal amount of such Notes Outstanding (including, any Deferred Interest previously added to the principal amount of such Notes that remains unpaid) on any date of determination.
Aggregate Outstanding Amount. With respect to (i) any of the Secured Notes as of any date, the aggregate unpaid principal amount of such Secured Notes Outstanding on such date and (ii) the Preferred Shares as of any date, the notional amount represented by such Outstanding Preferred Shares, assuming a notional amount of $1,000 per share.
