Aggregate Ownership definition

Aggregate Ownership means, with respect to any Shareholder or group of Shareholders, and with respect to any class of Company Securities, the total amount of such class of Company Securities “beneficially owned” (as such term is defined in Rule 13d-3 of the Exchange Act) (without duplication) by such Shareholder or group of Shareholders as of the date of such calculation, calculated on a Fully Diluted basis.
Aggregate Ownership means, with respect to any Person or group of Affiliated Persons, the total number of Shares (as determined on an Ordinary Share Equivalents basis) beneficially owned by such Person or group of Affiliated Persons as of the date of such calculation.
Aggregate Ownership means, with respect to any Member or group of Members, the total number of the relevant class of Units owned (without duplication) by such Member or group of Members as of the date of such calculation, calculated on a fully-diluted basis.
