Aggregate Principal Balance definition

Aggregate Principal Balance means, with respect to any date of determination, the sum of the Principal Balances for all Receivables (other than (i) any Receivable that became a Liquidated Receivable prior to the end of the related Collection Period and (ii) any Receivable that became a Purchased Receivable prior to the end of the related Collection Period) as of the date of determination.
Aggregate Principal Balance means, when used with respect to all or a portion of the Collateral Loans, the sum of the Principal Balances of all or of such portion of such Collateral Loans.
Aggregate Principal Balance means the aggregate of the Principal Balances of all the Collateral Debt Obligations and, when used with respect to some portion of the Collateral Debt Obligations, means the aggregate of the Principal Balances of such Collateral Debt Obligations, in each case, as at the date of determination.

Aggregate Principal Balance. The aggregate of the Scheduled Principal Balances for all Mortgage Loans at any date of determination.
