Aggregate Receivable Balance definition

Aggregate Receivable Balance means, when used with respect to all or a portion of the Collateral Receivables, the sum of the Receivable Balances of all or of such portion of such Collateral Receivables, as applicable.
Aggregate Receivable Balance means, (i) with respect to the Closing Date, the aggregate Receivable Balance of the Receivables as of the initial Cutoff Date, (ii) with respect to any Funding Date, the aggregate Receivable Balance of the related Subsequent Receivables as of the related Cutoff Date plus the aggregate Receivable Balance of all other Receivables as of such Funding Date and (iii) with respect to any other date of determination, the aggregate Receivable Balance of all Receivables owned by the Owner Trustee and Granted to the Indenture Trustee as of such date of determination.
Aggregate Receivable Balance shall have the meaning set forth in the Indenture as in effect on January 31, 2005.
