In consideration for its services hereunder and as compensation for expenses paid as contemplated by Section 2.10, the Servicer shall be entitled to receive on each Distribution Date a servicing fee (the “Basic Servicing Fee”) for the related Monthly Period equal to one-twelfth of 1% (the “Basic Servicing Fee Rate”) multiplied by the Aggregate Receivables Balance as of the last day of the preceding Monthly Period.
