Aggregate Share Number definition

Aggregate Share Number means 5,415,192 shares of Parent Common Stock, as (i) appropriately adjusted to reflect the effect of any stock split, stock dividend, stock combination, reorganization, reclassification or similar change occurring after the date of this Agreement and prior to the Effective Time and (ii) adjusted pursuant to Section 5.30.

Aggregate Share Number has the meaning ascribed to it in SECTION 1.6.

Aggregate Share Number means 690,808 shares of Parent Common Stock.

• The Aggregate Share Number provided on Exhibit A, and the limit prices, if applicable, shall be adjusted automatically on a proportionate basis to take into account any stock split, reverse stock split or stock dividend with respect to the Securities or any change in capitalization with respect to the issuer of the Securities (the “Issuer”) that occurs during the term of the Plan.

More Definitions of Aggregate Share Number

Aggregate Share Number means the aggregate number of Common Shares issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time, plus the aggregate number of Common Shares subject to issuance for which Warrants outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time are exercisable, plus the aggregate number of Common Shares subject to Stock Appreciation Rights outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time.

Aggregate Share Number means five million one hundred nineteen (5,000,119) shares of Broadcom Common Stock, less the Aggregate Net Exercise Amount, if any, and subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 1.8.

Aggregate Share Number means the aggregate number of Shares outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time (other than Shares owned by the Company which are to be cancelled and retired in accordance with Section 2.08(a)(i)) determined on an as if converted to Company Common Stock basis.
