Aggregate Unpaids definition

Aggregate Unpaids means, at any time, an amount equal to the sum of all Aggregate Capital and all other unpaid Obligations (whether due or accrued) at such time.

Aggregate Unpaids means, at any time, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Aggregate Discount at such time, (ii) the Aggregate Capital at such time, (iii) all fees accrued and unpaid hereunder or under the Purchaser Group Fee Letter at such time and (iv) all other amounts owed (whether due or accrued) hereunder by the Seller to the Administrator, and/or any Purchaser Agent and/or any Purchaser at such time.

Aggregate Unpaids means, at any time, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Aggregate Invested Amount, plus (ii) all Recourse Obligations (whether due or accrued) at such time.

• If for any reason no successor Agent is appointed by the Required Purchasers during such five-day period, then effective upon the termination of such five-day period, the Purchasers shall perform all of the duties of the Agent hereunder and under the other Transaction Documents and Seller and the Servicer (as applicable) shall make all payments in respect of the Aggregate Unpaids directly to the applicable Purchasers and for all purposes shall deal directly with the Purchasers.

• The purchase price in respect thereof shall be an amount equal to the Aggregate Unpaids through the date of such repurchase, payable in immediately available funds.

• No payment of any of the Aggregate Unpaids shall be considered paid or applied hereunder to the extent that, at any time, all or any portion of such payment or application is rescinded by application of law or judicial authority, or must otherwise be returned or refunded for any reason.

• The appointment and authority of the Agent hereunder shall terminate upon the indefeasible payment in full of all Aggregate Unpaids.

Aggregate Unpaids means, as of any date, an amount equal to the sum of (without duplication) (i) the Loans Outstanding, (ii) all accrued but unpaid Interest and (iii) all Unused Commitment Fees, Hedge Breakage Costs and other Obligations owed (whether due or accrued) by the Borrower to the Secured Parties, the Administrative Agent, the Backup Servicer, the Account Bank and the Third Party Allocation Agent under this Agreement and the other Basic Documents.
