Aggregate Unpaids definition

Aggregate Unpaids means, at any time, an amount equal to the sum of all Aggregate Capital and all other unpaid Obligations (whether due or accrued) at such time.
Aggregate Unpaids means, at any time, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Aggregate Discount at such time, (ii) the Aggregate Capital at such time, (iii) all fees accrued and unpaid hereunder or under the Purchaser Group Fee Letter at such time and (iv) all other amounts owed (whether due or accrued) hereunder by the Seller to the Administrator, and/or any Purchaser Agent and/or any Purchaser at such time.
Aggregate Unpaids means, as of any date, an amount equal to the sum of (without duplication) (i) the Loans Outstanding, (ii) all accrued but unpaid Interest and (iii) all Unused Commitment Fees, Hedge Breakage Costs and other Obligations owed (whether due or accrued) by the Borrower to the Secured Parties, the Administrative Agent, the Backup Servicer, the Account Bank and the Third Party Allocation Agent under this Agreement and the other Basic Documents.
