Aggregation Program definition

Aggregation Program or “Program” means the program developed and implemented by the Village of Bensenville, as a Municipal Aggregator under the Act, to provide ComEd residential and small commercial retail customers in the Village with retail electric generation services.

Aggregation Program or “Program” shall mean the program established by the City to provide residential and small commercial members in the City with retail electric supply, as described in this Plan.

Aggregation Program or “Program” shall mean the program developed by the Consortium, and proposed to be implemented by each of its member municipalities, to provide residential and small commercial customers in the Consortium municipalities with retail electric supply.
