Agreed Purpose definition

Agreed Purpose has the meaning given to it in clause 2 of this Agreement.

Agreed Purpose means use by the Commonwealth for the Commonwealth’s purposes including but not limited to use within the Department of Health for the collation, analysis and reporting of national foodborne illness surveillance information, and the publication and sharing of that information with other government agencies, industry, universities and the public.
