agreed services and "Specified routes" mean international air transport pursuant to Article 2 (Grant of Rights) of, and Annex I to, this Agreement;

agreed services means scheduled air services performed for the carriage of passengers, cargo and/or mail, separately or in combination, for remuneration or hire on the specified routes;
