Agreed Terms definition

Agreed Terms means, in relation to a document, such document in the terms agreed between the Seller and the Purchaser and initialled for identification by the Seller’s Lawyers and the Purchaser’s Lawyers on the date of this Agreement with such alterations as may be agreed in writing between the Seller and the Purchaser from time to time;
Agreed Terms means, in relation to a document, such document in the terms agreed between the Seller and the Purchaser and signed for identification purposes by the Seller’s Lawyers and the Purchaser’s Lawyers, with such alterations as may be agreed in writing between the Seller and the Purchaser from time to time;
Agreed Terms means, in relation to any document, that document in the terms agreed between the parties and signed or initialled for identification purposes only by or on behalf of each party prior to the execution of this Agreement;

Examples of Agreed Terms in a sentence

  • Subject to the Individually Agreed Terms Schedule, this clause applies to each Netting Transaction entered into or outstanding between us on or after the date this Agreement takes effect.
