CEYPETCO SHALL NOT BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CHARTER PARTY OR A CERTIFIED COPY OF THE SIGNED FIXTURE NOTE / FIXTURE RECAP EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATED TO CEYPETCO AND EXPRESSLY AGREED TO BY CEYPETCO IN WRITING.
