Agreed Use definition

Agreed Use means activity specified in Part 2 of the Contract and includes any access to associated areas that Glasshouse Management may grant to the Hirer or his agents or servants or employees or contractors for the preparation of any event including but not limited to exhibition, display, performance or series of performances or for any other purpose;
Agreed Use means the specific use for which the Hirer is able to use the Hire Areas as set out Schedule A.

Examples of Agreed Use in a sentence

  • The authorised representative of the Hirer specified in Schedule 1 must sign in for the hire group on the sign in book located at <specify the location of the sign in register> on each occasion that the Hirer attends the Venue for the Agreed Use.
