• To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy or claim related to this Agreement ("Dispute"), you and Company agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating any arbitration or court proceeding.

The location of the proceeding shall be Princeton, NJ. Judgment upon any award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any State or Federal court having jurisdiction thereof.
