If you are a successful Applicant you shall be required to enter into a Memorundam of Understanding in accordance with the Form of Agreement. The Agreement Documents shall comprise the following Sections: Only section T1 is provided; the other documents will be issued to interested Applicants that pay the Agreement fee. In the preparation and submission of the Agreement, Applicant shall comply with the Agreement Documents.
