AIFM Agreement means the alternative investment fund management agreement dated 18 July 2014 entered into between the Company and the AIFM.

AIFM Agreement means the agreement dated 13 August 2020 between the ICAV and the

AIFM Agreement means the master AIFM Agreement between the Company and the AIFM as described in section 16 of Appendix 2 to this Prospectus and the agreements from time to time in effect relating to each Class of Shares substantially on the terms of that master agreement

AIFM Agreement means the alternative investment fund management agreement made between, inter alia, (1) the Partnership acting by the General Partner and (2) the AIFM as amended from time to time, or any replacement agreement appointing any subsequent AIFM of the Partnership from time to time;

AIFM Agreement means any agreement for the time being subsisting between the ICAV and the Manager relating to the appointment and duties of the Manager.
