Aircraft Documents definition

Aircraft Documents means all flight records, maintenance records, historical records, modification records, overhaul records, manuals, logbooks, authorizations, drawings and data relating to the Airframe, any Engine, or any Part, or that are required by Applicable Law to be created or maintained with respect to the maintenance and/or operation of the Aircraft.
Aircraft Documents means all technical data, manuals and log books, and all inspection, modification and overhaul records and other service, repair, maintenance and technical records that are required by the FAA (or the relevant Aviation Authority), to be maintained with respect to the Aircraft, Airframe, Engines or Parts, and such term shall include all additions, renewals, revisions and replacements of any such materials from time to time made, or required to be made, by the FAA (or other Aviation Authority) regulations, and in each case in whatever form and by whatever means or medium (including, without limitation, microfiche, microfilm, paper or computer disk) such materials may be maintained or retained by or on behalf of Owner (provided, that all such materials shall be maintained in the English language).
Aircraft Documents means, as to the Aircraft, all flights, records, maintenance records, historical records, modification records, overhaul records, manuals, logbooks, authorizations, drawings and data relating to the Airframe, any Engine or any Part, that are required by Applicable Law to be created or maintained with respect to the maintenance and/or operation of the Aircraft.

Examples of Aircraft Documents in a sentence

  • The Owner shall maintain or cause to be maintained the Aircraft Documents in the English language.

  • Notwithstanding any terms of this Schedule 1A to the contrary (including without limitation, any references to “dirty fingerprint” records), Lessee may maintain all Aircraft Documents (or any subset thereof) in electronic format; provided that Lessee shall send to Lessor all hard copies of all Aircraft Documents.

  • Immediately prior to and during the check referred to in Clause 1(a) of Schedule 4, Lessee, at its own expense, shall make the Aircraft and the Aircraft Documents available to Lessor’s representatives at the Return Location for inspection (“Final Inspection”) in order to verify that the condition of the Aircraft complies with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Subject to mutual agreement between the parties as to schedule pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Lessee will, consistent with its operational requirements, make the Aircraft and the Aircraft Documents available for inspection by any potential transferee or assignee of Lessor; provided that arrangements for such inspection are made through Lessor and that such potential transferee or assignee shall be accompanied by Lessor during such inspection.

  • Lessee may maintain all Aircraft Documents (or any subset thereof) in electronic format, provided, that Lessee shall send to Lessor all hard copies of all such Aircraft Documents.


More Definitions of Aircraft Documents

Aircraft Documents means any certificate of registration, maintenance or airworthiness of the aircraft, any log book relating to the use of that aircraft or its equipment and any similar document;
Aircraft Documents means all of the documentation set forth or referred to in Schedule 1A hereto and all technical data, manuals supplied by the Manufacturer or any other manufacturer or supplier, logs, records, computer data media and other materials and documents kept by Lessee after Delivery including, without limitation, those generated by Lessee during the Term or required to be kept with respect to the Aircraft or any part thereof whether in compliance with any applicable law or this Agreement or any requirement for the time being of the Aviation Authority.
Aircraft Documents mean, with respect to any Aircraft, all records, logs, technical data and manuals relating to the maintenance or operation of such Aircraft which are owned by Assignor.
Aircraft Documents means the documents, data, aircraft manuals and technical records relating to the Aircraft at the time of Delivery and any other documents and records referred to in Clause 11.2 (Aircraft Documents) and Schedule 7 (Aircraft Documents at Redelivery) and all additions, renewals, revisions and replacements from time to time made thereto in accordance with this Agreement;

Aircraft Documents means all (i) documents and records required to be maintained by the FAA with respect to the Aircraft for Part 91 and 135 operations (including electronic versions), Airframe, Engine, and APU logbooks and maintenance records, flight operations manuals and checklists (most current revision), weight and balance manuals, FAA Form 8130-3s (or foreign equivalents), yellow tags, and other parts traceability records, fireblock certificates, task cards, overhaul records, wiring diagrams, completion manuals, supplemental type certificates, and engineering diagrams relating to the Aircraft, and (ii) all other documents and records in Seller’s possession and control that relate to the Aircraft.
Aircraft Documents means all technical data, manuals and log books, and all inspection, modification and overhaul records and other service, repair, maintenance and technical records that are required by the Owner’s FAA approved maintenance program (or the maintenance program of an applicable Aviation Authority), to be maintained with respect to the Aircraft, Airframe, Engines or Parts, and such term shall include all additions, renewals, revisions and replacements of any such materials from time to time made, or required to be made, by the Owner’s FAA approved maintenance program (or the maintenance program of an applicable Aviation Authority), and in each case in whatever form and by whatever means or medium (including, without limitation, microfiche, microfilm, paper or computer disk) such materials may be maintained or retained by or on behalf of the Owner (provided, that all such materials shall be maintained in the English language).
