Aircraft Mortgage definition

Aircraft Mortgage means each Aircraft and Engine mortgage and security agreement entered into by any Borrower in favor of the Agent evidencing the Liens in respect of such Aircraft Collateral that will secure the Obligations, in each case as amended, modified, restated, supplemented or replaced from time to time.

Aircraft Mortgage means that “Aircraft Mortgage” as defined in Section 4.01(e), as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented, extended or amended and restated from time to time.

Examples of Aircraft Mortgage in a sentence

• Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Aircraft Mortgage and Security Agreement.

• Each Grantor shall, if at any time after the filing with the FAA of a Relevant FAA Aircraft Mortgage with respect to a Pool Aircraft such Pool Aircraft becomes subject to an Assigned Lease, register and record with the FAA the Relevant FAA Lease Security Assignments with respect to such Aircraft.

• For the avoidance of doubt, on the Closing Date the Aircraft and Engines set forth in the Aircraft Collateral Certificate shall be subject to that certain Aircraft Mortgage to be filed with the FAA on the Closing Date (and each such Aircraft and Engine shall be listed in Exhibit A of such Aircraft Mortgage).

• The Company shall pay the costs of, or incidental to, any recording or filing, including, without limitation, any filing of financing or continuation statements, necessary to maintain, so long as the Aircraft Mortgage is in effect, the perfection and preservation of the Lien created by the Aircraft Mortgage.

More Definitions of Aircraft Mortgage

Aircraft Mortgage has the meaning specified in the preliminary statements to this Agreement.

Aircraft Mortgage means an aircraft mortgage in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Collateral Trustee and the Company.
