Aircraft Purchase Price definition

Aircraft Purchase Price shall have the meaning attributed to it in Article 4.2;

Aircraft Purchase Price means the Aircraft price, effective on the relevant Aircraft Contractual Delivery Date, resulting from the application of the Escalation Formula to the Aircraft Basic Price as set forth in Article 3.3.

Aircraft Purchase Price with respect to any ACS Group Aircraft, means the “Purchase Price” (as defined in the applicable Purchase Agreement or the Guarantor Purchase Agreement, as applicable) for the entity owning such ACS Group Aircraft.

Aircraft Purchase Price shall have the meaning attributed to it in the applicable Supplement;

Aircraft Purchase Price means, in respect of an Aircraft, the Aircraft Basic Price, escalated up to the Contractual Delivery Date of such Aircraft in accordance with and by application of the Escalation Formula.
