Airworthiness Authority definition

Airworthiness Authority means the airworthiness authority to whose authority Buyer or its Customer’s operations are subject to.
Airworthiness Authority means ANAC, EASA, FAA, TCCA (as these are defined herein) or such other airworthiness authority by which the Products may be certified, pursuant to the Technical Requirements;
Airworthiness Authority means the United States Federal Aviation Administration or FAA.

Airworthiness Authority means the ANAC – Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil (Civil Aviation Agency of Brazil), EASA – European Aviation Safety Agency, the FAA – Federal Aviation Administration and any successors thereto, or such other airworthiness authority that the Company and the Warrantholder may agree in writing, under which eVTOL will be certified, and any successor thereto.
Airworthiness Authority means the Brazilian Civil Aviation Authority – Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil (“ANAC”) or such other entity in Brazil from time to time charged with the administration of civil aviation.
