Airworthiness Certificate definition

Airworthiness Certificate means, with respect to any Aircraft, an Airworthiness Certificate issued by the FAA with respect to such Aircraft pursuant to the FARs, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, supplemented, renewed, extended, revised, or replaced.

Airworthiness Certificate means a valid, current transport category airworthiness certificate issued in respect of the Aircraft by the Aviation Authority.

Airworthiness Certificate means a standard airworthiness certificate: FAA Form 8100-2, issued by the FAA; and JCAB CAR Form 8, issued by the JCAB, and special airworthiness certificate, FAA Form 8130-7, issued by the FAA.

• Boeing will manufacture each aircraft to conform to the appropriate Type Certificate issued by the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for the specific model of aircraft and will obtain from the FAA and furnish to Customer at delivery of each aircraft either a Standard Airworthiness Certificate or an Export Certificate of Airworthiness issued pursuant to Part 21 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.

• Applicability is currently limited to the Models and/or serial numbers detailed in Appendix 1, which are now eligible for the issue of an Airworthiness Certificate in the Standard Category in accordance with NZCAR §21.191, subject to any outstanding New Zealand operational requirements being met.

• Airworthiness Certificate or Airworthy Certificate: Standard Airworthiness Certificate issued by the Federal Aviation Agency of the United States or the governmental authority having jurisdiction over civil aviation in the country of its registry.

More Definitions of Airworthiness Certificate

Airworthiness Certificate means a valid current airworthiness certificate issued in respect of the Aircraft by the Aviation Authority.

Airworthiness Certificate means an FAA Standard Airworthiness Certificate (FAA Form 8100-2).

Airworthiness Certificate whenever used in this policy means “Standard” Airworthiness Certificate issued by the Federal Aviation Agency of Canada or its foreign equivalent issued by the governmental authority having jurisdiction over civil aviation in the country of its registry.

Airworthiness Certificate means a document issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Registration State by virtue of which the airworthiness of the aircraft is adopted for a specific period of time provided the operator commits to the conditions stipulated in the certificate.

Airworthiness Certificate means the “Standard” Airworthiness Certificate issued by the Federal Aviation Agency of the United States of America or its equivalent issued by the governmental authority having jurisdiction over civil aviation in the country of registry. Civilian Aircraft means a civil or public aircraft having a current and valid Airworthiness Certificate and piloted by a person who has a current and valid medical certificate and pilot certificate with appropriate ratings for the aircraft.

Airworthiness Certificate means a standard airworthiness certificate: FAA Form 8100-2, issued by the FAA; and CAAI KA105A, issued by the CAAI, and special airworthiness certificate, FAA Form 8130-7, issued by the FAA.

Airworthiness Certificate means the standard Airworthiness Certificate issued by the aviation agency or by the governmental authority having jurisdiction over civil aviation in the country ofi ts registry.
