AIV Borrower means each Borrower identified as an “AIV Borrower” on Schedule I, together with any other Alternative Investment Vehicle which becomes a Borrower under this Credit Agreement pursuant to Section 6.4.

Examples of AIV Borrower in a sentence

  • Upon the satisfaction of the requirements of this Section 6.4 described above, the AIV Borrower or Parallel Fund Borrower, as applicable, shall be bound by the terms and conditions of this Credit Agreement as a Borrower hereunder.

  • The Administrative Bank shall have received such other information and documents in respect of such AIV Borrower or Parallel Fund Borrower, as applicable, as may be required by the Administrative Bank and its counsel.

  • The Administrative Bank shall have received, sufficiently in advance of (but in any event not less than three (3) Business Days prior to) the addition of such AIV Borrower or Parallel Fund Borrower, a Beneficial Ownership Certification in relation to each AIV Borrower or Parallel Fund Borrower that qualifies as a “legal entity customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation.
