Alleged Breaches definition

Alleged Breaches means the alleged breaches of the Code arising from the Circumstances and described in clause 2;
Alleged Breaches means the alleged breaches of the EGRs described in clause 2.1;
Alleged Breaches means the alleged breaches of the Rules described at clause 3 of this Agreement;

Examples of Alleged Breaches in a sentence

  • The Respondent will not be entitled to a copy of the Complaint Form as submitted by the Complainant but will be provided with a summary of the Alleged Breach(es) and sufficient details of the Complaint to allow them to respond.

  • Complaints Manager means the person appointed by a Sport Organisation to manage Alleged Breaches under this Policy, who must not be the same person as the Decision Maker for the relevant Alleged Breach.

  • This document, Dealing with Alleged Breaches of the Code of Best Practice, forms part of the Code of Best Practice and sets out the procedures to be followed in the event of alleged breach of the Code of Best Practice, the disciplinary procedures to be applied for a breach that has occurred and the sanctions that may be imposed for breaches of the Code of Best Practice.

Related to Alleged Breaches

  • Non-Breaching Party has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.1.

  • Material Breach means a breach by either Party of any of its obligations under this Agreement which has or is likely to have a Material Adverse Effect on the Project and which such Party shall have failed to cure.

  • Serious violation means OCC has made a valid finding when assessing a serious complaint that alleges:
