Allocable Purchase Price definition

Allocable Purchase Price means, with respect to each Property, the amount set forth in Schedule A opposite the name of such Property, it being understood and agreed that the aggregate amount of the Allocable Purchase Prices of the Properties shall be Ninety Million Dollars ($90,000,000).

Allocable Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 8.12.
