Examples of Allowed Administrative Claim in a sentence
Unless the Holder of an Allowed Administrative Claim is not otherwise paid in the ordinary course of business during the Chapter 11 Case, Holders of Administrative Claims that are required to file requests for payment of such Administrative Claims and that do not file such requests by the Administrative Claim Bar Date shall be forever barred from asserting such Administrative Claims against the Reorganized Debtor or its property.
Each holder of an Allowed Administrative Claim shall be paid 100% of the unpaid Allowed amount of such Claim in Cash on the Distribution Date.
To the extent that funds held in the Professional Fee Claim Reserve do not or are unable to satisfy the full amount of the Allowed Professional Fee Claims, such Professionals shall have an Allowed Administrative Claim for any such deficiency, which shall be satisfied in full in Cash in accordance with Article II.A of this Plan.
