Allowed Laytime has the meaning given in Clause 7.5.1. “Allowed Unloading Time” has the meaning given in Clause 7.6.1. “Ancillary Services” has the meaning given in Clause 3.2.1.

Allowed Laytime means the period of time which Seller shall be allowed, in accordance with Article 11.3, to complete the loading of a vessel without incurring demurrage;
