Allowed Priority Claim definition

Allowed Priority Claim means all or that portion of a Priority Claim which is an Allowed Claim.
Allowed Priority Claim means a Priority Claim that has been Allowed (but only to the extent Allowed).
Allowed Priority Claim means any Allowed Claim or portion thereof entitled to priority under Bankruptcy Code §§507(a)(3) through (a)(6).

  • Each holder of an Allowed Priority Claim in Class 1 is conclusively presumed to have accepted the Plan and is not entitled to vote to accept or reject the Plan under section 1126 of the Bankruptcy Code.
