ALMO Service Review definition

ALMO Service Review means the review of the Services provided by the Organisation to be produced by the Organisation and which is described in Clause 8. “Annual Performance Plan” means the performance plan forming part of the Delivery Plan which is to be produced annually by the Organisation and which is described in Clause 7. “Annual Sections of the Delivery Plan” means those sections of the Delivery Plan which in accordance with Clause 6 are prepared on an annual basis. “Best Value” and “best value” both mean best value as defined in the Local Government Xxx 0000
ALMO Service Review means the review of the Services provided by the Organisation to be produced by the Organisation and which is described in Clause 8. “Annual Business Plan” means the performance plan forming part of the Business Plan which is to be produced annually by the Organisation and which is described in Clause 6. “Annual General Meeting (AGM)” Annual ALMO Board meeting “Annual Sections of the Business Plan” means those sections of the business Plan which in accordance with Clause 6 are prepared on an annual basis. “Best Value” and “best value” both mean best value as defined in the Local Government Xxx 0000Best Value Review” means a Best Value Review of the Services which is required to be conducted by the Council in accordance with Section 5 of the Local Government Xxx 0000 “Benefit Regulations” Means the Local Government Pension Scheme (Benefits, Membership and Contributions) Regulations 2007 and includes any regulations, statutes or other legislation amending superseding or re-enacting them “Commencement Date” means 1 April2011 “Compensation Regulations” the Local Government (Discretionary Payments) Regulations 1996 and/or the Local Government (Early Termination of Employment) (Discretionary Compensation) (England & Wales) Regulations 2006 and includes any regulations, statutes or other legislation amending superseding or re-enacting any of them. “Contract Period” means the period beginning on the Commencement Date and continuing for five years plus two years unless (a) terminated sooner in accordance with Clause 65 or in accordance with common law or statute or (b) extended in accordance with Clause 62. “Contract Standard” means the standard to which the Services are to be provided as defined in Clause 16. “Contracts” means the contracts for goods and/or services relating to the Undertaking detailed in the First Schedule and any replacements thereof or additions thereto as notified by the Council to the Organisation. “Council Guidelines” means relevant rules, procedures, guidelines, policies, codes of practice, Standing Orders and Financial Regulations and standards of the Council currently applying or as notified to the Organisation by the Council or the Council’s Representative from time to time, as any of the same may from time to time be amended by the Council and notified to the Organisation.
