Alternate Contact Person means a person who has been authorised by a consumer, to operate as either the primary contact person for the consumer or as an alternate contact person if a Retailer is unable to contact the consumer. The alternate contact person must be independent of the Retailer.
Alternate Contact Person means a person who has been authorised by a consumercustomer, or an MDC or unverified MDC who permanently or temporarily resides at the customer’s premises, to operate as either the primary contact person for the consumercustomer or as an alternate contact person if a Retailer is unable to contact the consumercustomer. The alternate contact person must be independent of the Retailer.
