Alternative Clauses definition

Alternative Clauses means the alternative Clauses specified in paragraph 2.2 of Annex A to this Contract that were requested in the Order by the CUSTOMER and that shall apply to this Contract.
Alternative Clauses means the alternative Clauses in Call Off Schedule 14 (Alternative and/or Additional Clauses) and any other alternative Clauses set out in the Call Off Order Form or elsewhere in this Call Off Contract;
Alternative Clauses means the alternative Clauses in Call Off Schedule 14 (Alternative and/or Additional Clauses) and any other alternative Clauses set out in the Order Form or elsewhere in this Call Off Contract;

Examples of Alternative Clauses in a sentence

  • This Annex A to the Contract Clauses specifies the Alternative Clauses and Additional Clauses that were requested in the Order and that shall apply to this Contract.

  • This includes; completing all appendices to the extent possible and indicating where input from the Supplier(s) will be required as part of its tender; and considering whether, in the context of the particular proposed Call Off Agreement, any of the Call Off Terms (including the schedules) need to be amended or overridden by including any Alternative Clauses (as that term is defined in the Call Off Terms) in the Order Form.

  • The Alternative Clauses and/or Additional Clauses specified in Annex A to the Clauses shall apply.

More Definitions of Alternative Clauses

Alternative Clauses means the alternative Clauses in Call Off Schedule 10 (Alternative Clauses) and any other alternative Clauses stipulated by the Customer in a Further Competition Procedure including in paragraph 11 of Call Off Schedule 9 (SMR & SMI);
Alternative Clauses means the alternative Clauses in Contract Schedule 12 (Alternative and/or Additional Clauses) and any other alternative Clauses set out in the Contract Order Form or elsewhere in this Contract ;
Alternative Clauses means the alternative Clauses specified in Schedule 13 of the Framework Agreement that were requested in the Order by the CLIENT and that shall apply to this Contract.
Alternative Clauses means the alternative clauses specified in Schedule 11 that have been specified for this Contract to replace the relevant clauses of the form of Call-Off Terms in schedule 4 of the Framework Agreement;
Alternative Clauses means the alternative Clauses in Call Off Schedule 14
Alternative Clauses means the alternative Clauses in Call Off Schedule 15 (Alternative and/or Additional Clauses) and any other alternative Clauses stipulated by the Customer during a Further Competition Procedure and set out in the Order Form or elsewhere in this Call Off Contract;
