The Guarantor is a party to that certain Amended and Restated Guaranty (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Guaranty”), dated as of August 13, 2014, made by Guarantor in favor of Purchaser.
The Trustee is hereby authorized and directed to acknowledge the Amended and Restated Guaranty and to perform all of its duties and obligations thereunder.
All such definitions shall be read in a manner consistent with the terms of this Amended and Restated Guaranty.
