Amended and Restated Lease definition

Amended and Restated Lease has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Amended and Restated Lease means the Amended and Restated Commercial Lease Agreement between the Company and Nursery governing certain real property and improvements commonly known as 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xx. Xxxxx, Florida 32259.

"Amended and Restated Participation Agreement" shall mean the Amended and Restated Participation Agreement, dated December 22, 1995, by and among Agent, Lessor, Lessee, the Bond Trustee, EPC and the Disbursement Agent. "Amended and Restated Reimbursement Agreement" shall mean the Amended and Restated Reimbursement and Loan Agreement, dated December 22, 1995, by and among the Borrower, NatWest, the Agent and the Banks listed on Schedule I thereto. 2
